Why is a couples reading more?
It reads two charts, not one — both charts calculated and compared against each other and against what is coming. One credit per chart, so it is two credits. During the opening window every reading costs one credit, couples included.
How do I know the reading isn't made up?
Every dated answer carries its own receipt: the transit it rests on, its orb, and its peak date, listed in THE CALCULATION at the end. Check the figures against any ephemeris, or hand them to any astrologer to verify.
Can I get a refund?
Readings are personalised digital content, calculated from your exact birth details and delivered immediately — at checkout you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right ends once the reading is generated, so readings are non-refundable once generated. If something in your reading is missing, wrong, or unclear, email hello@zoracle.app and we'll put it right. Full details in the Terms.
