Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of zoracle.app. Please read them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site.
Who we are
Zoracle is an independent UK-based astrology service. hello@zoracle.app is the contact for everything in this document.
What Zoracle is
Zoracle is an astrology service. The full platform — currently in build — gives instant question-and-answer readings: ask a specific question about your life and get a calculated answer from your birth chart, your current transits, and (where relevant) your astrocartography lines, with the maths shown.
While we build the platform, we run occasional promotions — most prominently the free love map. For those, we calculate the reading manually and email it to you as a PDF map plus a written reading. Once the platform is live, the same kind of reading is available instantly on the site.
Not professional advice
Zoracle readings are for personal insight and self-reflection. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or relationship advice. Don’t make important decisions based solely on a reading. If you need professional advice, talk to a professional.
As-is, no warranties
The service is provided “as is”. We use real astronomical data and proper chart math, but we don’t guarantee specific outcomes from acting on a reading, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Your data
The birth data you submit is yours. We use it only to calculate your reading and to email or display the result, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Quality monitoring
We may review the questions you ask and the readings our system produces, in order to improve quality and accuracy. We do this with your identity removed — we look at questions and answers without your name or email attached. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
Intellectual property
The Zoracle name, logo, written content on this site, and the methodology behind our readings are ours. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to read and share your own reading. You can’t resell readings or copy our written material without permission.
Acceptable use
Don’t:
- Submit other people’s data without their permission.
- Submit deliberately false information.
- Try to break, scrape, or misuse the service.
- Use Zoracle to harm anyone.
We can refuse service or close an account if any of the above happens.
Refunds
Personalised readings are non-refundableonce delivered. If you have an issue with your reading — something missing, something wrong, something unclear — email hello@zoracle.app and we’ll do what we can to make it right.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything arising out of your use of Zoracle is limited to whatever you’ve paid us — which, while the service is free, is nothing. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Stopping or pausing the service
You can stop using Zoracle at any time and ask us to delete your data — email hello@zoracle.app and we’ll do it.
If you seriously breach these terms (see “Acceptable use”), we may stop providing the service to you. For any other reason — for example, if we wind the service down or change direction — we’ll let you know with reasonable notice and give you time to download or save anything you need.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
If we change these terms materially, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and post the new version here. If a change affects you directly, we’ll email anyone on the waitlist.
Credits and attributions
Zoracle’s readings stand on the work of others. Credits where due:
- Maps powered by Mapbox and OpenStreetMap.
- Astronomical calculations performed with astronomy-engine (MIT licensed).
